Assistant Winemaker:

Sarah Yockey joined our team January of 2023. Sarah graduated from Texas Tech earning her Bachelors in Viticulture and Enology. Since then, Sarah has worked her way up to becoming our assistant winemaker. She has experienced working in Marlborough New Zealand, where she fell in love with Sauvignon Blanc. She has always had a passion for making wine but finds the delicate balance of white and rose wines especially compelling. She is excited to continue learning and growing in an industry that is doing the same!
